Our private event room, with beautiful fireplace and spacious adjoining patio, is an ideal space to celebrate a smaller, more intimate, special occasion. Basic room rental is available for $75 per hour, two hour minimum, during our business hours, and $100 per hour, two hour minimum, after business hours (until 9pm). Our private event room comfortably seats 32 people. For non-seated events, the room will comfortably accommodate 50 people. Our private event room is decorated simply and will nicely compliment your party theme.

Time frame allows for 1/2 hour set up before rental time, and 1/2 clean up after rental time. Included in the pricing are tables, chairs, wine glasses, and use of event room and private patio (weather permitting).

Also available, for an additional charge, are: appetizer plates, dinner plates, silverware, coffee service, and a guided tour of the facility. Other additional charges may be incurred on an event-by-event basis, and may include a requirement of Valet Parking service (for 40 or more guests).
